Nuvali Sereneo Project
Sereneo is a 40-hectare, developing, high-end, and intricately designed subdivision being developed by Alveo Land, located at the heart of Barangay Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna. With 19,000 units in civilian possession and 11,000 people residing within its 25 villages, the development team of Sereneo holds the responsibility, as a newly developed large subdivision, to ensure their residents’ safety and quality of life, especially within Barangay Canlubang, one of the most populated and economically active barangays in Calamba, Laguna, where flooding is highly prominent.

As one of the largest high-end subdivisions in Canlubang, Sereneo holds the responsibility of ensuring its current and future tenants’ quality of life within the area. Due to the prominence of heavy rainfall and flooding within Laguna, Sereneo partnered with KPMI to supply and service HDPE pipes for its drainage system.
This project utilizes 80 pieces of 1800 mm-diameter Covered Wall Pipes (CPR) supplied by KPMI to remove, control, and manage excess water and flooding from Sereneo’s land. KPMI’s CPR pipes are extremely durable and completely resistant to corrosion, making them ideal for sustainable urban drainage.
