Structured Wall Pipes/Profiled Wall Pipe (PR)

Despite having a very low weight, a structured wall pipe or profiled pipe can be used in applications requiring high external loads. The weight can be decreased by up to 65% when comparing a profiled pipe to a solid wall pipe with the same ring stiffness. Our pipes’ wall thicknesses can be adjusted in a range of sizes to accommodate different loads. The smooth interior and profiled exterior of the structured wall pipes are their primary characteristics. These profiles can be used in pipeline systems like sewage, drainage, storm drains, and ventilation.

– Diameter sizes below 1000mm (900mm – 400mm)
– For Low Ring Stiffness: Class SN2, SN3, SN4, SN5
– Pressurized application for diameter size 1000mm - 3500mm
– Class: 1 Bar, 2 Bar, 3 Bar, 4 Bar

Coverted Profile Wall Pipe (CPR)

Covered wall pipes have a smooth interior and exterior, as well as an internal profile with one or more layers. This profile is used for extremely high loads and large diameters because of its extremely long-term stiffness. It is also excellent for manholes and fitting fabrication.

Solid Wall Pipe

Solid wall pipes have an outer surface that is slightly uneven and an inner surface that is smooth. The pipes are made uniformly. Additionally, because these solid wall pipes are tempered, there are no frozen stresses. These pipes are suitable for use with high internal working pressure.
