The DPWH Caraga Region, in its commitment to sustainable infrastructure, is spearheading the Construction, Upgrading, and Rehabilitation of the Drainage System along the Butuan–CDO National Road. This critical initiative focuses on improving flood management and road resilience in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte, an area prone to seasonal heavy rainfall.
