What Can Be Reported

Concerns may include suspected violations of laws or Company policies, fraud, theft, bribery, financial irregularities, conflicts of interest, abuse of authority, misuse of Company assets, unsafe or environmental practices, data privacy or information security issues, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other unethical conduct that may expose KPMI to legal, financial, operational, or reputational risk.

Anonymous Reporting

Reports may be submitted anonymously or with the whistleblower’s identity disclosed. Anonymous reports will still be considered as long as sufficient information is provided to allow proper assessment.

What Happens After a Report Is Submitted?

Whistleblower reports and related information will be treated confidentially and shared only with authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. KPMI also prohibits retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith, provide information, or participate in an authorized investigation.

Good Faith Reporting

A good-faith report is one made with an honest belief that the information provided is true and that there are reasonable grounds to suspect misconduct. A report that is later found to be unsubstantiated is not automatically considered a false report.

Privacy Notice

Information submitted through the whistleblowing process will be used for the purpose of receiving, assessing, reviewing, investigating, documenting, and resolving reported concerns. Personal information will be processed, stored, retained, and disposed of in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable KPMI policies.
